Why did CoverAlls decide to start making motorcycle products ?

CoverAlls began about four year ago making only two sizes of seat covers. Our first exposure was at the Republic of Texas rally in Austin, TX. We sold out immediately, and had a stack of orders to fill when we got home. Through our ever expanding acceptance of the seat covers, and requests for other sizes, we expanded our offering to five sizes of seat covers. As a result of requests from existing customers and others who saw and liked our unique material and its qualities for full covers, we expanded our line. Now we sell about as many full covers as we do seat covers. Today we make covers for anything which rolls on two wheels-including touring models, cruisers, sport bikes, scooters, and most recently-trikes. Over the four years, we have also made several upgrades in our material to be more durable and more resistant to exposure to UV heat and water. However, we still see our original models being used on bikes today-four years later. We continue to grow, expand and improve. Riders have embraced not only our products, but our outstanding customer support as well. We thank our customers for making us a leader in the cover market!

The material used for the seat and full cover is great. Pliable, waterproof and folds (rolls) into a small ball for easy storage.

Riding around Austin and the Hill Country during the summer months can be brutal on one's backside.  As many bikers can testify, getting back on the saddle after it's been exposed to the hot sun can be less than a pleasurable experience.  For years, I have carried a towel in my saddlebag to cover the bike seat while my bike sat in the hot sun.  While at the ROT Rally in Austin last summer, the CoverAlls booth caught my attention and the rest is history.  I no longer have to endure that blistering hot seat after my bike has been parked unprotected in the sun.  After slipping off the SeatSkinz, the seat is comfortable to sit on.  When asked how well the SeatSkinz performs, I simply have the questioning party put their hand under the cover to feel the coolness of the seat...

I just received the CL cover.  Love it, it fits the Mustang seat on my INDIAN perfectly (appreciate the back rest cover also).  I put an order in for another CL cover for the Harley.  It has the same model Mustang on it...  I think your product line will be a hit.  I'm showing the seat cover to my friends.  I'll be looking for more products to purchase from you in the future.

I own the SeatSkinz.  I purchased it at last year's ROT Rally.  Riding a hot bike doesn't mean you want to get your ass burned.  I think CoverAlls revolutionize sun and weather protection to prevent butt burns and bike damage.  CoverAlls are as essential to the cycle as duct tape is to the tool box, with the same high performance and rugged durability.  They're ugly and practical and the company should probably charge a lot more for them.
