How long has CoverAlls been in business ?
We have been doing business in the E.M.T. and medical arena since 1992 with the proprietary fabric used in all of our SeatSkinz and CycleSkinz products, but under a different name.
Does CoverAlls make a SeatSkinz for every saddle on the market ?
Who knows. Does anybody out there really know how many combinations of saddles, backrests, etc., there are ?!? We currently have five sizes of SeatSkinz seat covers, two sizes of backrest covers and three sizes of whole bike canopy(CycleSkinz), with yet another canopy in the prototype stage. We are also working on luggage covers for leather saddle bags and some other cool stuff for bikers, as well as some entirely new products for other leisure markets. One of our current sizes will fit about 95% of the seats out there. Be sure to check out the product pages and drop us a line through our Contact Us page if you have a suggestion for a new product. We don't pay royalties, but we really want to make the stuff people need, and if we end up using your idea we'll send ya somethin' really cool...
What if I purchase one of your products and it doesn't fit or work as advertized; or I just plain don't like it?
Give us a call or e-mail us (see the Contact Us page), and we'll either send you a different size or replacement product, or we'll cheerfully refund your money ! We try really hard to be different than a lot of companies out there who just take peoples money and offer a mouth full of excuses...(or worse).
Does CoverAlls, LLP, sell or otherwise provide my personal information to other (3rd) parties?
No freakin' way !!! Look, here's all the Privacy Policy stuff the legal types make us put in here. All the real folks out there already know this is how it HASTA BE for OUR piece o' mind.
At CoverAlls, LLP, we seek to provide quality products for real folks. We use information from our interactions with you to help us achieve that goal. Whenever you order from Coveralls, LLP, we obtain from you, the information we need to complete the transaction. This info may include your name, address, telephone number, credit card information (number and expiritation date), e-mail address, bank account number (if paying by personal check). If we, from time to time, offer promotions or additional services, we may obtain from you (at your sole discretion), certain other information as may be pertenitant to these promotions and/or services. From your transactions with us, we obtain only information cocerning the specific products or services relevant to your purchase. We utilize this information for various purposes, including: to complete your purchase transaction and provide only those services which you request; to send you our catalogs or other product literature through the mail; to contact you about the status of your order; to notify you about any product offerings or recalls that may be of interest to you; to track our sales and improve our merchandise offerings and customer service (remember that ?).
On rare occasions, we may be required to disclose customer information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws such as anti-terrorism- or anti-money laundering statues.
Otherwise, we at CoverAlls, LLP, protect against unauthorized disclosures by limiting access to your information to only those CoverAlls employees who need this information in order to do their jobs. We also inform all CoverAlls employees about theirt responsability to protect our customers privacy and give them strict guidelines for adhering to our business ethics and standards. Additionally, we limit the information that we provide to outside companies to only information we know to be necessary in order to enable them to carry out their responsabilities under their contracts with CoverAlls, LLP; and require that the information provided to said companies be used only for the specifiaclly authorized purpose, and that it's confidentially be maintained.
When you use a credit/debit card to conduct a business transaction with CoverAlls, LLP, we use a VeriSign secure transaction processing/settleing web provider for all processing; thus assureing that all of your personal and credit/debit card data is well protected. The information is encripted BEFORE it travels over the Internet using industry standard encription and security protocols and links, in order to assure you of the highest possible level of security and privacy. Making a credit card purchase on this Web site is just as secure (maybe more so...) than making a similar purchase at your nearest retail store. We've gone to graet lengths to make DAMN SURE of this !!!
