When you purchase a cover for something you own, you obviously are expecting that cover to protect it, whether it be a boats seat or a full cover for an ATV. Our main objective at CoverAlls is to make and sell the best covers.
Way back in 2004 we started by making covers for the motorcycle industry, since then we have expanded and now make covers for ATV's, Scooters, Jeeps and all things marine. We have found our center console covers to be our most popular seller with the Harley Davidson covers a close second. We also have plans to cover other areas (excuse pun) all while maintaining maximum protection for your valuables at the best possible prices.
We believe the secret to our success so far is anchored in the materials we use. Those materials are made in the USA to our own high specifications and are not found in any other competitive products. The base material is extremely strong, lightweight and extremely durable, it provides an absolute waterproof cover. It is 100% UV proof, which simply prevents any UV penetration. As you are probably aware UV is one of the most destructive elements nature can inflict on your boat or bike it affects everything that is stored outdoors or is exposed to lots of sunlight, period. CoverAlls' material has a UV inhibitor built into it when it is made which not only rejects UV from the outside, but also from the inside as well. Try to find another cover maker that can make that claim.
Furthermore, heat can be very harmful to lots of “stuff” especially instrumentation plastic and rubber. Because our material is bright reflective silver, it rejects more than 90% of the radiant heat from the sun, and this means everything under a CoverAlls cover stays nearly as cool as the ambient air temperature. Oh and by the way did we say that all our covers are all made in the USA.
Now let’s talk about the components we use other than the 5 layer composite fabric in making our covers. Rather than brass grommets, which will rust in salt environments, we use 18/8 stainless steel grommets. They cost more, but they last. Instead of cotton or plastic rope for the draw cord, we use 3/16 braided poly cord. Again, it costs more, but it is far superior to the alternatives. The cam lock we use to hold the tension in the draw cord is a friction lock rather than one with a metal spring in it. Why? A metal spring will rust out in no time at all where as ours will not.
We are constantly looking for ways to improve our covers, and anytime we find a way to do that, we change what we do to make a better cover. We always welcome any suggestion from our customers (or anyone else) if it relates to doing things better.
One more, but important matter- CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lots of folks seem to think it is a rare thing nowadays. We don't, we know our customer service sets us apart from the competition. Not just because we get compliments on it frequently it's just that we simply will not tolerate having customers who are not satisfied! We WILL find a way to make any customer who orders from us happy and satisfied with the product, price or service. If we ever fail to do that, they will pay nothing. Repeat, they will pay nothing.
